CSAA Executive Named to List of “2025 Trailblazing Women”

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., December 1, 2025 – Andrea Hecht, executive vice president and chief financial officer of CSAA Insurance Group, was named to the Reuters list of 2025 Trailblazing Women. This prestigious recognition highlights women who have made extraordinary contributions, shattered barriers, and accelerated progress within their industries.

Hecht oversees all areas of CSAA’s accounting, finance, audit, investments, and risk functions. She has played a key role in shaping the company’s forward-thinking strategies, improving financial health, and driving strategic growth, setting a positive example for the insurance industry.

Hecht is currently on the board of the Trinity Center, a non-profit offering vital safety net services, case management, and housing support for adults experiencing homelessness in Contra Costa County. She also serves as executive sponsor for CSAA’s Wellness Champion Network.

Prior to joining CSAA Insurance Group, she was a managing director in the assurance practice of BKD, LLP focused solely on insurance companies in the property/casualty and life/health space and spent 12 years at Ernst & Young. Hecht is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in accounting.
