Supplier Registration
How do I register my business with CSAA?
Interested suppliers should complete a supplier profile through the CSAA supplier portal.
After your profile has been completed in its entirety, the listed contact person will receive a confirmation email. If an opportunity becomes available that aligns with your products or services, a member from our sourcing team will contact you directly.

How can I connect with sourcing opportunities at CSAA?
Certification that verifies inclusive business categories is not required to register or be considered for opportunities with CSAA. We utilize an inclusive process that welcomes all suppliers for consideration.
CSAA partners with nationally recognized business organizations and certifying agencies to connect with and support a broad range of suppliers. Through these partnerships, our team participates in conferences, matchmaking sessions, networking events and other supplier engagement opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to:

How does sustainability support supplier partnerships?
As an insurance company, we see firsthand the impacts of a changing climate, so environmental sustainability is an important part of CSAA’s business strategy. CSAA values suppliers that demonstrate a commitment to responsible business practices and environmental stewardship.
To better understand supplier practices and opportunities for positive impact, CSAA conducts an annual Inclusive & Sustainability Survey Assessment. Whether your organization has an established sustainability program or is just beginning to develop goals and practices, sharing your efforts helps us better understand our supply base and identify opportunities to drive positive environmental and social impact.

What standards does CSAA expect suppliers to uphold?
CSAA is committed to conducting business with integrity and partnering with suppliers that share our commitment to ethical, responsible and compliant business practices. Our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines expectations related to business ethics, legal and regulatory compliance, labor and human rights, environmental responsibility, data privacy and workplace safety.
