To complete the application, you will need to have some information on hand, such as information about your agency practices, agency ownership, agency automation, book mix and revenue and existing carrier information. What to expect
Complete the Independent Agency Application
Applications are generally reviewed within a week, providing a prompt response to your application request.
Submit supporting documents
When we proceed with contracting, we may ask you for a number of documents related to your business (financial statements, errors and omissions coverage, etc.), acknowledgement of some of your policies, and information about the agency and your employees.
Complete contracting
Once we have reviewed the documentation you submit, we will establish your agency as a partner by setting up system access for you and your team, and sending you the producer agreement.
Training
We will provide product and system training in order to get you started.
Ongoing support
Your Field Product Consultant and a dedicated Agent Service Team are available to help you through any challenge. Agents have access to several tools (Insurance Knowledge Center, Agent Portal, the policy administration system, etc.), keeping answers at your fingertips.
